Melbourne, Australia - Melbourne is the capital of the State of Victoria and the second largest city in Australia. With that said, you can be assured that Melbourne has a large variety of five-star, luxury hotels and a huge array of restaurants.

During my short trip to Melbourne, I stayed at the Park Hyatt Hotel and dined at a variety of restaurants but disappointingly, none were worth mentioning.
